Welcome to 'Spring 2011 Academic English Class'
Students,
This blog is here for you to stay up to date with what is going on in my class. Please check it if you miss a class in case there are any important announcements.
I will post important documents and information here for your convenience.
Things to remember
1. Buy the book from the campus bookstore. You must have online access code.
2. You can drop this class and move to another class
(if you want, but you must do it quickly).
Reasons you may want to drop.
a) you don't like me!
b) you would prefer to be taught by someone with a North American accent
c) you think there are too many smart people in the class and you wouldn't be able to get an 'A'
(due to the Kyungwon curve).
d) it doesn't fit your schedule
3. When you are sure you are staying in my class log in and join the online program. Use the access code I gave you in class. If you have forgotten, email me and ask me for the code. Remember to tell me what class you are in (e.g. MW12).
(watch the video on how to do it) LINK
4. My office: Room 309.
5. My email: prof.ian.uk@gmail.com
6. Be PUNCTUAL for class. I don't like tardiness...
Things to download
1. Vocabulary word list
2. Syllabus MW12 - TTh12 - TTh34
Hope that you enjoy the class!
see you soon~
Ian
